Dialogue Dynamics is structured as a five-hour mentorship package, spread across five sessions. Each session is designed to focus on one of the four key areas: presenting viewpoints, strategic questioning, identifying misinformation, and persuasion, with the fifth session dedicated to review
and application.

A typical session begins with a 10-minute video from an industry expert, providing real-life insights and inspiration. This is followed by a 10-minute discussion on preparatory questions, setting the stage for the main content of the session. The next 20 minutes involve engaging with curated content – a blend of academic research, practical insights from renowned books, and stimulating discussion topics. The final 10 minutes are reserved for a debrief, where mentors provide personalized feedback and guide students on how to apply these skills in real-world scenarios.

Throughout the program, students are encouraged to actively participate, think critically, and engage in meaningful dialogue. This structure not only ensures comprehensive coverage of each topic but also keeps the sessions dynamic and interactive.

We only recruit individuals who have demonstrated excellence in debate, MUN, and negotiation, and are currently enrolled in or graduates of the top universities. To ensure the effectiveness of our program, we've developed a curriculum that combines academic rigor with practical application. Our mentors receive thorough training and resources, including a comprehensive e-book and guidelines, to deliver consistent, high-quality sessions. Feedback is a critical component of our program. After each session, both students and mentors are required to provide evaluations. This helps us maintain a high standard of teaching and allows for continuous improvement.
